2. About Art & Eden
Art & Eden specialises in creating bespoke photographic artwork from floral arrangements. Our service is designed to preserve your cherished memories while offering unique artwork.

3. Service Overview

• Customers send flowers to Art & Eden for photographic preservation.
• Flowers sent to us will be deconstructed from the arrangement they arrive in unless agreed otherwise.
• The final product can be delivered as a digital file or framed artwork, based on the customer’s chosen option.
• Flowers sent to us become the property of Art & Eden unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Art & Eden reserves the right to use flowers for additional artwork after completing the customer’s order.

4. Orders and Payments

• Communications through website, social media, email or any other method that leads to orders, the final order will be placed via email form.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.
• Currently, we only accept bank transfer as a payment method.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour cancellation period.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

6. Flower Handling and Delivery

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their flowers are packed securely for delivery to Art & Eden.
• Art & Eden cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration to flowers during transit.
• Once we receive the flowers, we will handle them with the utmost care to ensure the best possible artwork outcome.

7. Artwork Creation and Approval

• We will work closely with you to design artwork that reflects your preferences.
• By approving a draft or design concept, you confirm your acceptance of the final product.

8. Ownership and Use of Flowers

• Once the artwork is completed, Art & Eden reserves the right to use the flowers for additional creative purposes before disposing of or returning them.
• Customers may request the return of unused flowers, subject to their condition and additional shipping costs.

9. Digital and Physical Artwork Delivery

• Digital files will be sent to the email address provided during the order process.
• Framed artwork will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery timescales will be communicated at the time of order.

10. Intellectual Property

• All artwork created by Art & Eden is protected by copyright.
• Digital files may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Art & Eden retains the right to use any artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Art & Eden is not liable for any loss or damage caused by third-party couriers or delivery services.
• While we take every care in handling your flowers and creating artwork, we cannot guarantee that the preserved colours or details will be an exact match to the original flowers due to the nature of the preservation process.
